Comprehensive evaluation: a comprehensive evaluation of the athlete’s musculoskeletal system, including strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and functional movement patterns. This assessment helps identify any areas of weakness, imbalance, or dysfunction that may increase the athlete’s risk of injury or impair performance.

Injury prevention: Therapists work with athletes to identify and address any biomechanical issues, muscle imbalances, or movement dysfunctions that may predispose them to injury. They may prescribe specific exercises, stretches, and neuromuscular training drills to improve stability, strength, and movement efficiency and reduce the risk of injury.

Treatment of sports injuries: Victory Rehabilitation offers treatment for a variety of sports-related injuries, including sprains, strains, tendonitis, ligament tears, muscle tears, and fractures. Treatment may include a combination of manual therapy techniques (IASTM, dry needling, etc), therapeutic exercises, modalities (ultrasound, or electrical stimulation), and functional rehabilitation to help athletes recover from injury and return to sport safely and effectively.

Post-operative rehabilitation: For athletes who require surgery due to a sports-related injury, Victory Rehabilitation provides post-operative rehabilitation services to help facilitate recovery and optimize outcomes. Physical therapists work closely with athletes and their surgical teams to develop individualized rehabilitation programs tailored to their specific injury, surgical procedure, and goals.

Sports-specific conditioning and performance enhancement: Victory Rehabilitation offers specialized programs designed to improve athletic performance and enhance sports-specific skills. These programs may include strength and conditioning exercises, agility drills, plyometric training, speed and agility training, and sport-specific skill development to help athletes perform at their best and reach their full potential.

Return-to-sport testing and assessment: As athletes progress through rehabilitation and near readiness to return to sport, Victory Rehabilitation conducts comprehensive testing and assessments to evaluate their readiness and safety to resume athletic activity. These assessments may include functional movement testing, sport-specific performance testing, and clearance criteria to ensure athletes are adequately prepared to return to play without risk of re-injury.

Education and injury prevention strategies: Throughout the rehabilitation process, Victory Rehabilitation provides education to athletes on injury prevention strategies, proper warm-up and cool-down techniques, equipment selection and maintenance, nutrition, hydration, recovery strategies, and safe training practices.
