Jerison Speer

As a seasoned physical therapist, Jerison Speer brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for personalized care to Victory Rehabilitation. Jerison earned his Master of Physical therapy from Medical College of Georgia , where he developed a solid foundation in the principles of physical therapy. Prior to this he earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Columbus State University. Over the course of his career, Jerison has accumulated a diverse range of experiences in nationally and internationally recognized orthopedic treatment facilities, and is a certified practitioner in Mulligan Manual therapy, LSVT Big for Parkinson’s Disease, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Dry Needling, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, as well as being a certified clinical instructor. 

In addition to his clinical work, Jerison is actively engaged in his church, coaching soccer, and enjoys playing guitar. He cherishes spending time with his wife, their son and daughter, and their dog.

Haley Massey

Haley Massey is a dedicated and compassionate physical therapist assistant, holding an Associate in Applied Science in Physical Therapy from South University. Her academic journey also includes studies at Auburn University at Montgomery. Haley is deeply passionate about patient care and takes pride in developing meaningful relationships with her patients. With extensive experience working with a wide range of patient diagnoses and ages, she brings a wealth of knowledge and empathy to her practice.

Outside of her professional life, Haley enjoys horseback riding and taking care of her horses. She also loves spending time with her two dogs, always ready to cater to their whims and needs.

Bella Carden

Bella Carden is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who joined Victory Rehabilitation with a passion for helping patients achieve their goals through personalized, compassionate care. A proud local, Bella graduated from Smiths Station High School in 2022 before pursuing her professional training at Southern Union State Community College, where she completed the Physical Therapist Assistant program in December 2024

At Victory Rehabilitation, Bella brings her strong clinical foundation, dedication, and warm personality to every patient interaction. She is committed to making each patient feel supported and encouraged as they work toward better movement and improved quality of life.

Outside of the clinic, Bella enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and animals, which keep her grounded and energized. 

Hannah Smith

Hannah Smith is the dedicated office manager at Victory Rehabilitation. With a commitment to ensuring an excellent experience for all patients, Hannah is always ready to assist with scheduling, billing, and insurance questions to the best of her ability.

Beyond her professional role, Hannah enjoys Painting, and spending quality time with her husband, their daughter, and  their two beloved dogs.
