ATLANTA UNITED TICKET GIVEAWAY
OFFICIAL RULES
- Sponsor. The giveaway is sponsored solely by Victory Rehabilitation LLC, Columbus, Georgia (“Sponsor”).
- Eligibility. Open to legal residents of Georgia or Alabama who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Victory Rehabilitation LLC and members of their immediate household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
- No Purchase Necessary. No purchase, payment, physical therapy treatment, consultation, referral, or other consideration is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or use of Victory Rehabilitation services will not increase the odds of winning.
- Giveaway Period. Entries are accepted beginning when the giveaway is posted and close at 12:00 noon Eastern Time on October 23, 2026. The potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries promptly after the giveaway closes and will be notified that same day.
- How to Enter. An eligible person may enter on Facebook and/or Instagram. To enter on a platform: (a) follow Victory Rehabilitation’s official account/page on that platform; (b) like the official giveaway post on that platform; and (c) comment on that post answering, “What does living victorious mean to you?” Limit one eligible entry per person per platform, for a maximum of two entries per person. Entering on both platforms is optional and provides one eligible entry from each platform. Duplicate comments on the same platform do not create additional entries. Entrants must comply with the applicable platform’s terms.
- Prize. One winner will receive FOUR (4) tickets to Atlanta United FC vs. Toronto FC on Sunday, November 1, 2026 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia. The prize consists only of the four event tickets. Transportation, parking, food, beverages, lodging, and all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Verifiable/Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $210 total for all four tickets, based on a current listed price of approximately $52.50 per ticket; actual retail value may vary. No cash alternative or substitution by the winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable value if necessary.
- Winner Selection / Odds. One potential winner will be selected at random from the combined pool of all eligible Facebook and Instagram entries. Odds of winning: 1 in the total number of eligible entries received. For example, if 200 eligible entries are received, the odds of winning are 1 in 200.
- Winner Notification / Ticket Transfer. The potential winner will be contacted by Victory Rehabilitation through the social-media account used to enter. The potential winner must respond and provide a valid mobile telephone number and/or email address within 48 hours of Sponsor’s notification so the tickets can be transferred electronically. If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, is ineligible, cannot accept the prize, or fails to provide information reasonably needed to transfer the tickets, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner. An alternate winner may be given a shorter reasonable response period if necessary to complete ticket transfer before the event.
- Event Changes. Game date, time, opponent, venue, ticketing procedures, and event policies are controlled by the applicable event and venue entities and are subject to change. Sponsor is not responsible for postponement, cancellation, rescheduling, loss of tickets after successful transfer, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
- Publicity / Privacy. Except where prohibited by law, the winner agrees that Sponsor may announce the winner’s first name and last initial and/or social-media handle in connection with the giveaway. Contact information collected for prize fulfillment will be used for giveaway administration and ticket transfer.
- Platform / Team Disclaimer. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Atlanta United FC, Major League Soccer, Toronto FC, or Mercedes-Benz Stadium. By entering, entrants release those entities from responsibility arising from administration of this giveaway to the extent permitted by law.
- General Conditions. Sponsor may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, incomplete, abusive, or otherwise violate these Official Rules. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially affect the integrity of the giveaway, subject to applicable law.
